Emmons Retaining Wall

The timber retaining wall on the Northwest edge of the Emmons property is showing signs of bulging and deterioration.  The board is working in conjunction with Crested Butte Lodging to acquire bids for the work on this wall in order to improve not only the retention of the hillside above the parking lot, but the aesthetics and drainage as well.
